-you want to discuss options or even a custom flag idea.

-you just want to say hello.

When you contact me about ordering a flag,  I'll give you an estimated completion date, usually between 4-6 weeks, and then add you to my "to-do list".  Shortly before I begin making your flag, I'll contact you again to confirm the details of the flag you want and to confirm that you still want it.  You can change your mind at any time!

PAYMENT: 

- Local: Payment is due upon delivery for local deliveries in the Longmont, CO area. 

-Shipping:  If your order requires shipping, I'll send you an invoice which will include payment options including PAYPAL.  Payment is due before I ship your flag.  Shipping cost varies but ranges from about $30-$45 in the Continental U.S.  Shipping for XL size flags exceed that price range.

IF YOU'RE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR FLAG THEN I'M NOT HAPPY.  I guarantee I'll work with you to make it right - refund, replacement, repair, etc.
